  • Thank you for coming to celebrate such a HUGE milestone for our Foundation. Since our inception in July 2022, Mental Mixology has been on a mission to transform the way our community views and manages mental wellness. What began as an intimate weekly podcast has blossomed into a registered nonprofit organization rooted right here in Sedalia. We recognized early on that while mental health struggles are universal, the resources and open dialogue required to navigate them are often fragmented or difficult to find. Mental Mixology was founded to bridge that gap, serving as a beacon of education, support, and community connection.
