Ann Bell was a long-time Affiliate member of MAAR and Memphis Mortgage Bankers Association. Ann had a love for her career and for REALTORS® and was a MAAR Education Foundation Trustee. She had a passion for helping customers along their path to securing a mortgage and dedicated over 30 years to the mortgage industry.
Scholarship Details
- Recipients will be granted a $300 scholarship for use in 2027 toward a continuing education course or professional development course related to their industry.
- Applicants must be an Affiliate member (non-REALTOR member) of MAAR in good standing. Examples of eligible affiliates include:
  - Mortgage lender
  - Title professional
  - Insurance professional
  - Service providers (i.e. plumbers, roofers, electricians, etc)
- Recipients will be announced at Installation & Awards and are limited to one (1) scholarship per year.
- The number of selected recipients varies and is dependent upon funds available.
- Scholarships are not retroactive and may not be applied to a prior course.
- Deadline to submit application is August 31
