  • Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas provides liability insurance certificates for authorized Girl Scout troop and Service Unit activities, events, and facility use. To request a liability insurance certificate, please complete the form below. For compliance purposes, approved certificates will be sent directly to the facility, organization, or business identified in this request and will not be provided to individual members or volunteers.

    Important Information:

    • Liability insurance certificates are available only for approved Girl Scout troop and Service Unit activities.
    • Requests must be submitted by a currently registered Girl Scout member or approved volunteer.
    • Certificates will be sent directly to the facility, organization, or business listed on this request.
    • Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or coverage.
    • Additional insured endorsements or special insurance requirements may require additional review and processing time.
    • Activities must comply with Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas policies, Safety Activity Checkpoints, and volunteer requirements.
    • If event details change after submission, a new request may be required.
    • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
