Tattoo booking form

Thank you for your inquiry about setting up an appointment with me. I have been doing traditional tattoos for 25 years in a professional setting. I will sometimes take on realism work, it just depends what is brought to me by the client. I check my emails once to twice a week so please give me a few days to respond. I charge $120/hour and normally book in hour to 3 hour long blocks for larger session work. Once we set a date I will require a $60 deposit to hold the chosen date. This deposit is subtracted from the final price of the booked appointment.

Please enter a detailed description of your idea, where on your body you would like to get it, size (small, palm size, full panel arm, leg, chest, etc.), color or black and grey. Also please mention the dates you would like to book. I am in shop Tuesday-Saturday and work from Noon-5pm. Larger work is always started at Noon-1pm, 4 pm is the latest I can book something small in the afternoon.

Upload any reference pictures and if for a cover up good, clear pictures of the body part and older tattoo.
