Individuals may be nominated by a colleague, community member, or may self-nominate. Once the form below is submitted, an email invitation to apply will be sent automatically to the nominee.
Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) is a program of the NKY Chamber that strives to create opportunities for young professionals (YPs) in the region to connect with peers, enhance their professional development, and impact the community.

NKYP is part of the NKY Chamber’s focus on talent attraction & retention, and key talent strategy to support regional goals to ensure the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati metro region has the YP talent needed to grow and compete at a national level.

NKYP is focused on:
- Expanding professional and social networks for young professionals;
- Connecting young professionals with quality programming and events to support growth & development;
- Engaging young professionals in the community to make a difference in their companies and the region.
