Please submit the information below in order to be considered for a travel bursary award of up to $500 USD to attend the MDS-PAS From Guidelines to Action: Movement Disorders Care Through Regional and Multidisciplinary Collaboration course in Miami, FL on November 7-8, 2026.

In order to be eligible to receive a bursary, you must reside within a MDS No Fee eligible country in the MDS Pan American Section.
These are the MDS-PAS No Fee eligible countries. Please select:

Registration fees for this course are as follows:
- MDS Members: $250 USD
- MDS Junior & No-Fee Members: $175 USD
