  • Girl Scout Bronze Award Final Report

To be completed by each Girl Scout separately, even if project was earned as a team. This will ensure each Girl Scout's award is properly logged on GSUSA accounts.
  • I am a member of Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore*
  • This form is for members of Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore. If you belong to a different Girl Scout council, please reach out to your council directly for guidance on submitting your Bronze Award Final Report.

  • The Girl Scout Bronze Award™, the highest award a Girl Scout Junior can earn, gives you the chance to do big things and make your community better in the process.

This Bronze Award Final Report is to be used by you (and/or your team)—a registered Girl Scout Junior in grades 4th to 5th —with the assistance of your troop/group leader, adult Girl Scout volunteer supervisor, and project advisor (optional) for approval of your Bronze Award project.

Here are the steps you’ll take to earn your Girl Scout Bronze Award:

    5.        Make a plan.

    6.       Put your plan in motion.

    7.       Spread the word.

  • Troop Leaders approve Girl Scout Bronze Awards. The final report is completed once the project is finished and approved by the troop leader.

  • We the Girl Scout Junior and Troop/Group Leader agree and understand that the Bronze Award Project:
    • Cannot be just a collection or donation drive. Donations may be part of a larger Silver Award project.
    • Cannot be a fundraiser for another organization, program, or individual.
    • Is not simply volunteering time for another organization in an already existing project.
    • Cannot be done by multiple teams. Only one team may collaborate on each Bronze Award project.
    • Is a Take Action project, not a community service project—even if the community service project is very large and takes a lot of time and hard work.

  • I, Girl Scout Junior, followed all the requirements and guidelines as outlined by the Bronze Award Guidlines and my council during my Bronze Award project.
