Parking will only be allowed on the gravel lots! You can park back to back if you would like but you must stay on the gravel and not in the grass. We will be in the campgrounds sections Behind the main Nature Center Building.

Dry Camping IS available Friday night. It will be free to anyone who can come in around 7pm and help me paint the field lines. They Lock the gate to the park at 9pm so you MUST be there before then and cannot leave after, so bring dinner with you if you don't eat ahead of time. (If you forget you can call me (Sam) and I can bring you something to the gate LOL)

Refund Policy and Liability Waiver

Full refunds will not be available for any Clever Girl Disc Dogs event. In the event either party of a team suffer from a debilitating injury or illness, you may submit a vet/doctor's note to Clevergirldisc@gmail.com (DO NOT MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK) to request a full refund for that specific team.  In all other situations you may request a partial refund by EMAIL ONLY (Seriously DO NOT use facebook, none of our volunteers will offer refunds over facebook) using the deadlines as follows:
For a 75% refund - You must put in your request at least Twenty One (21) days before the original event date
For a 50% refund – You must put in your request at least Fourteen (14) days before the original event date
For a 25% refund – You must put in your request at least Seven (7) days before the original event date
Refund requests received less than Seven (7) days before the original event date, will not be eligible for a refund.

All participants understand that Clever Girl Disc Dogs has no control over extreme weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, alter or interrupt the event weekend. We will not refund fees due to extreme weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention. Announcements regarding cancellation of any event will be made on the event facebook page at a MINIMUM of two hours prior to the event start time. In this situation, the event would be postponed to a later date.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND FULL PUBLICITY RELEASE
For and in consideration of my participation in the UpDog Challenge (Event), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound do hereby for myself, my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in the Event, which I may have against the following parties: UpDog Challenge Inc., the administrator and owner of the facility hosting.
