Roughly how many people within your federation could you realistically share GEC information with directly? (coaches, officials, club managers, athletes, etc.)
Do you currently have a way to communicate regularly with others in your federation? (e.g. mailing list, messaging group, committee meetings, club newsletter, social media group)
Does your federation currently have any internal contact, group, or working structure that focuses on gender equality or women's participation?

Why do you want to be a GEC Ambassador? What would make this role meaningful for you?
Is there a specific GEC initiative you think you could champion most effectively in your federation, and why? (e.g. schools toolkit, open days, role model content, leadership development)

The GEC asks Ambassadors to commit to a minimum of one year. Are you able to make that commitment?
The main time commitment is: sharing a brief quarterly update, completing a short annual survey (~10 min), and attending one virtual briefing per year (~60 min). Does this fit within your current capacity?
