• Multi Session Training Request

    for ALL BASC Teams -- July 1st - December 31 (Fall 2026)
  • Every Team Must Submit their own Request

  • SUBMISSION & SCHEDULING

    • All requests must be submitted at least 13 days in advance of the first session.
    • Fields are limited and will be assigned in the order requests are received.
    • Fields are assigned as half fields ONLY.
    • Teams will be given precedence for turf, when grass is closed, by the order in which the request was originally received.
    • Available timeslots are 6pm and 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.
    • Sessions will be assigned through GotSport at ISSC. Field assignments will be found in the teams GotSport account, the same as league games. (Team Management / Matches) or in the GotSport App Team Calendar.

     

    FIELD SIZES

    • U10 and Younger - 1 team per half field, on your age groups field size, unless training on Wednesday or Friday nights. 
    • U11 and Older - 1 team per half field on your age groups field size. 
    • When grass is closed, as many teams as possible will be fit on turf. This may result in your team not getting its normally requested field size. The goal will be to only move your field size up or down one size (11v11 to 9v9) but reserve the right to move it two as a last case scenario if needed.

  • We will do our best to accommodiate your requested field type above, but reserve the right to place your team on either turf, grass, or a combination of both throughout the season, depending on what is available.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    • All cancellations will need to be submitted via an email to games@basoccer.club with date and session number
    • All cancellations need to be submitted by noon the day of the session, to not be charged for the session.
    • No Shows or Cancels after deadline will result in team being charged for the session. 
    • If lightning detectors prevent more than half a session from happening, team will not be charged for the session as long as the club is informed. Coaches must email games@basoccer.club by noon the day following the prevented session with the session details.
  • CANCELLATIONS

    • All cancellations will need to be submitted via an email to games@basoccer.club with the date and session number specified within the email.
    • All cancellations need to be submitted by noon the day of the session, to not be charged for the session.
    • If a team no shows or cancels after the specified deadline, the team will be charged for the session. 
    • If the lightning detectors prevent more than half a session from happening, the team will not be charged for the session as long as the club is informed. Coaches are responsible for emailing the details to games@basoccer.club by noon the day following the prevented session.
  • PAYMENTS

    • All teams will be billed separately.
    • Invoices will be sent the first week of each month; payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. 
    • Unpaid balances will result in suspended sessions until cleared.
  • PAYMENTS

    • All teams will be billed separately.
    • Teams will be billed within the first week of the month for the prior month’s usage with a net 10-day payment requirement. (10 days after the invoice is sent, not the 10th day of the month)
    • If the outstanding balance is not paid in full within the 10 days, all future sessions will be suspended until the payment is received.
    • Invoices will be emailed to the teams Head Coach. If you need additional recipients added to your teams invoice, email accounting@basoccer.club with the details so they can be added.
