I here-by authorize the staff of the Defender Basketball Camp to act accordingly to their best judgement in an emergency situation. I here-by waive and release the Defender Basketball Camp and the staff, Ohio Valley Christian School, and First Baptist Church from any and all liability for any injury and/or illness incurred while attending the camp.
