STEO understands that every family has unique transportation needs and preferences. Some families may choose to drive or walk their children to school rather than use school transportation services.

This form is for families whose student(s) are eligible for transportation, but who do not plan to use STEO-provided transportation for all or part of the 2026–2027 school year.

Completing this form helps STEO plan transportation services as accurately and efficiently as possible for September and throughout the school year.

Please note:

• This form is for transportation purposes only and is not a Confirmation of Attendance form.
• Submitting this form lets STEO know that your student(s) should not be assigned transportation at this time.
• If you are unsure whether your student is eligible for transportation, please visit www.steo.ca or contact STEO for assistance.
• If your plans change and you wish to begin using transportation later in the school year, please contact STEO at transportation@steo.ca or 1-855-925-0022.
• Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for transportation arrangements to be reinstated.
