    Please take a moment to review before completing your registration.

    We look forward to welcoming you! To make your show experience enjoyable, please review the following information.

    Entry Confirmation & Acceptance
    All vehicle entries are reviewed for acceptance. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form and move in information will follow. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or display space.

    Registration & Payment
    Payment will only be collected after your vehicle has been accepted. If your entry is not accepted, you will not be charged.

    Display Space
    Display space is assigned based on your selected entry package, vehicle requirements, and available floor space. Our team works hard to create the best possible show layout for everyone.

    Move-In Information
    Your assigned move-in date and time will be included in your acceptance email. Move-in schedules are based on your location on the show floor. Please follow your assigned time to help everything run smoothly.

    Exhibitor Wristbands
    Each accepted vehicle entry includes two exhibitor wristbands. Additional discounted wristbands and single-day tickets will be available for purchase.

    Fire & Safety Regulations
    For everyone's safety, all display vehicles must have no more than 1/8 tank of fuel, and batteries must be disconnected while on display.

    Visit our website for host hotels, special rates, and reservation deadlines.

    Electrical Services
    Electrical service is not included with your entry. If you need power for your display, it can be ordered directly through the show's electrical contractor.
    Electrical Contractor Information

    Display & Floor Covering
    Stanchions and floor covering are recommended to enhance your display. You may bring your own or rent them through the show's official decorator.
    Decorator Information

    Awards Presentation
    Class and Special Awards will be presented during the show. Presentation times may vary by location. Please refer to your show information for the awards schedule.

    Show Hours & Vehicle Removal
    All vehicles must remain on display until the show officially closes on Sunday. Move-out begins immediately after closing. Please follow the directions of show staff.

            - May display up to 2 full-size vehicles, 4 motorcycles, or 10 pedal cars

            - Each vehicle must be registered separately and pay the $85 Standard Entry Fee

            - Multiple registered vehicles may share the same 20'x20' Premium space

            - Enhanced show location with increased visibility

            - Additional room for signs, barriers, and display materials

            - All vehicles and displays require management approval

            - Electrical service available for advance ordering through contractor (information on website)

            - Ability to purchase discounted one-day tickets for friends and family ($30 Each)

            - Ability To Purchase 3-day Wristbands Limit 4

            Elite Invitational Package 20' x 20'

            Plus 5% GST and 2.4% processing fee calculated after selection.

            The Elite Invitational is reserved for selected, high-level vehicles and the premier display locations within the show.

            -Premium 20' x 20'  indoor showcase space

            -Limited to one full-size vehicle

            -High-end show-car-style display with floor covering required

            -Premier location within the building, unveiling, of top 6,8,20 or as allows

            -Location Flag Premier Vehicle, of top 6,8,20 or as allows

            -Eligibility for consideration for Best of Show and ISCA Top Awards

            -Vehicle must earn First in Class to be eligible for applicable top awards

            -ISCA Judging and National Points eligibility and eligibility for cash prizes

            -Two weekend exhibitor passes

            -Special Potential Elite Entry Signage Card and Certificate

            -Potential of tow money if you travel 150 miles or more away and are approved

            -Electrical service available for advance ordering through contractor (information on website)

            -Elite Invitational placement is determined solely by show management based on vehicle quality, display quality, and available space at the time of submission
