PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
ALL stalls and hookups for the 2026 NBCRA Summer Showcase must be booked using this form - first come, first paid, first served. Bookings can be made individually or for your entire barn group.
The "Responsible Party" designated when booking stalls is the sole individual who is fully accountable for the horse's show bill over the weekend, regardless of who sends the stall deposit. All associated charges, including stall balances, class fees, bedding, NRHA drug fees, bedding, and any other show-related expenses, will be billed to this account.
It is the responsibility of this individual to coordinate and collect payment from any students, clients, owners, or additional exhibitors connected to that horse.
A $100.00 per weekend stall deposit (including tacks) is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable with exception to horse or exhibitor illness/injury (vet or doctor's note is required). Please do not send funds based on the stall size requested.
Single day stalls must be paid in full upon booking.

$125.00/weekend (8x8)
$150.00/weekend (8x12)
$200.00/weekend (8x16)
$75.00/single day (FRIDAY RANCH COMPETITORS ONLY)
Hookups must be paid in full upon booking. Only 10 full service spots are available - once they are filled, a waitlist will be started.
HOOKUP FEES
SEMI SERVICE: $80.00 for two nights, $120.00 for three nights
FULL SERVICE: $100.00 for two nights, $150.00 for three nights
