This outdoor and indoor market experience will take place throughout the plaza, with vendor spaces located outside near City Kitchen and indoors near Jeni’s Ice Creams.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned vendor or setting up for your very first market, we’d love to have you join us. Our markets are all about supporting small businesses, building community, and creating memorable experiences for shoppers and vendors alike. 💛

🛍 Vendor Space Info

Indoor Space: 6x5 ft.
Perfect for ONE 6-ft table or smaller.

Outdoor Options:

Space #1: 10x10 ft 
A tent is required for this option - Bring your own tent 10x10 or smaller (any color is welcome)

 

Space #2: 6.6x6.6 ft

A tent will be included for this option. Tent size 6x6, tent color white. 

 

Space #3: 6x5 ft

NO tent allowed in this section. This space is uncovered. You are welcomed to bring a market umbrella.

• Electricity is not guaranteed — bring a fully charged power bank 🔋
• No generators allowed

📍 Vendor Placement
• Spots are pre-assigned
• On event day, check in with the host before setting up
• Setting up in the wrong space? You’ll be asked to move

🚗 Parking & Unloading

• We recommend that you park your vehicle in the parking garage then unload 

• Parking is Free for the first 3hrs then 3-5 hours will be $6

• Then vehicles must be moved to avoid ticketing/towing (we’re not responsible for violations)

Early registration = best pricing ✅
• Early Bird Vendor fee starts from $50-$80

🪑 Vendor Equipment 

Bring your own tables,chairs, tent, tablecloth, weights etc

💳 Payment Policy
1. Once you submit your payment, your order is secured.

2. PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT VENDOR CATEGORY AT CHECKOUT! This is a major part of how we keep track of vendor categories for each event. Selecting the wrong category may affect your participation.

Please make sure you select the correct vendor category when applying.

For example, the Jewelry category and the Permanent Jewelry category are two separate categories and should not be selected interchangeably.

Likewise, if you sell desserts, please do not select the Clothing/Vintage category in order to complete your application. 

If you don’t see your vendor category, please send us an email or DM before applying.

If you’re unable to select a vendor category, 99% of the time it means that category is already full for that date or vendor option. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm availability

All vendor fees are non-refundable & non-transferable — no exceptions for:
• Weather (event is rain or shine ☔️☀️)
• Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations
