    • Confirmation of space will be sent to the email address provided on this registration form.

    • Move-in Day and time Confirmation will be in the acceptance email/letter and is based on location on the floor.

    • Fire Regulations: All display vehicles must have ¼ tank or less of fuel & Batteries must be disconnected.

    • Class Awards are distributed on Saturday. The Special Award presentation takes place Sunday prior to show closing.

    • Move-out takes place immediately at show closing on Sunday Evening.

          The Elite Invitational is reserved for selected, high-level vehicles and the premier display locations within the show.

          -Premium 20' x 20'  indoor showcase space

          -Limited to one full-size vehicle

          -High-end show-car-style display with floor covering required

          -Premier location within the building, unveiling, of top 6,8,20 or as allows

          -Location Flag Premier Vehicle, of top 6,8,20 or as allows

          -Eligibility for consideration for Best of Show and ISCA Top Awards

          -Vehicle must earn First in Class to be eligible for applicable top awards

          -ISCA Judging and National Points eligibility and eligibility for cash prizes

          -Two weekend exhibitor passes

          -Special Potential Elite Entry Signage Card and Certificate

          -Potential of tow money if you travel 150 miles or more away and are approved

          -Electrical service available for advance ordering through contractor (information on website)

          -Elite Invitational placement is determined solely by show management based on vehicle quality, display quality, and available space at the time of submission
