Lester Hubbard was an advocate for Fair Housing and a champion for homeownership. He worked tirelessly to help disadvantaged minorities achieve the American Dream. Lester always encouraged members of his team to continue learning and get designations.

This scholarship honors Lester Hubbard’s legacy by supporting REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® members who are active in community service and are pursuing their broker license. Scholarships may be used in 2027 for the Broker Management Course and the Broker Exam Crash Course at MAAR. Recipients are announced at Installation & Awards. Up to two scholarships are awarded per year; the number of awards may vary based on available funds. Scholarships are not retroactive. The application deadline is August 31, 2026.

- Seeking a broker license
- Scholarship is for use in 2027 for the Broker Management Course and Broker Exam Crash Course at MAAR
