USTA Chicago (CDTA) Adult League Team Application

For Fall and ESL, CDTA runs a
Weekend League.
Allowed home court days/times are:
Friday – 7:00 p.m. earliest start; 8:00 p.m. latest start
Saturday – 9:00 a.m. earliest start; 8:00 p.m. latest start
Sunday – 9:00 a.m. earliest start; 7:00 p.m. latest start
Both the Fall 2026 and Early Start League (ESL) 2027 Seasons run from Septemeber 11 - December 20, 2026.
The CDTA Adult League program includes teams playing out of clubs/facilities physically located in the Chicago District (Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties).

for Leagues/Flights offered, court format and team composition. League organizers reserve the right to cancel any league/flight that does not have enough teams for a viable season.
CDTA LEAGUE RULES ARE UNDER ANNUAL REVEIW. CHANGES/UPDATES TO THE RULES WILL BE CONFIRMED BY 9/1/2026 AND WILL BE EFFECTIVE BEGINNING WITH THE ESL 2026 SEASON.

All applications for participation in the League program must include home match day and time.
A maximum of two teams can share the same court time. Additional applications for the same time will be denied.
