  • We are excited to extend an exclusive invitation to Both Women and Men this Year! We are seeking visionaries, trailblazers, and thought leaders to apply as speakers, panelists, or workshop facilitators for the highly anticipated 7th Annual Women’s Expo + Conference. This years' Expo will take place in Huntsville, AL at The Von Braun Civic Center, Saturn Ballroom. Join more than 1,000 attendees expected for the 2027 Expo.

    This is your opportunity to educate, inspire, and leave a lasting impact on an audience ready to grow. Whether you're an industry expert, rising voice, or community leader, we welcome your unique perspective and powerful story. Please complete the application form in full to help us understand your passion, your message, and how you envision making an impact at this event.

    The more detail you provide, the better we can determine your ideal placement on our platform. While this is a volunteer opportunity, selected speakers will receive an exclusive curated gift as a token of our appreciation—filled with thoughtful items and surprises designed to thank you for your time, energy, and expertise.

    Kindly Note: To keep our content fresh and diverse, preference will be given to new voices. If you’ve previously graced our stage and feel called to return, we encourage you to apply with renewed vision and purpose.

  • The Women’s Expo is only accepting Speakers for Saturday April 3rd at The Expo. If selected to speak, you will be assigned a specific time which will be communicated after you are selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific scheduling preferences.

    If the assigned date and time do not work for you, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling conflicts, we cannot guarantee adjustments will be possible.

    Please email a 60 Second Video Introducing Yourself to speakers@thewomensexpohuntsville.com by Friday August 21, 2026 at 12pm. Failure to meet this requirement will disqualify you from be considered to be a speaker at The Expo.
