    HOW THIS WORKS:

Set aside 5-10 minutes to fill out and submit this form.

After submission, please allow 48-72 hours for a response. I will contact you via your preferred contact method to let you know if I would like to move forward with your appointment or not, and how to book if yes.

For small and/or simple designs, I will be able to give you an exact quote. For large and/or complex designs, I will charge by the hour ($100/hr). I book a max of 3 hours per session. If I think your design will take me longer than 3 hours, I will have you come in for multiple sessions.

If/when you secure your appointment slot, you will receive an email with appointment prep, policy, and location info! I will send you a design mock-up the days leading up to your appointment so that we can make any adjustments/tweaks prior to your appointment day.

Thank you for filling this out and your interest in booking with me!

Submitting this form does not guarantee an appointment. As an artist, I carefully review every inquiry and only accept projects that align with my artistic style, interests, and expertise.

I understand that I may not be the right artist for every person and that's completely okay. If I decide not to move forward with your request, please don't take it personally. Tattoos are permanent, and I believe every client deserves to work with an artist who is genuinely excited and fully invested in creating their piece.
