  • Thank you for trusting us with your loc journey. Before we move forward, please read and acknowledge our policies below. These are in place to honor your time and ours, and to make sure we're aligned before your consultation. Please initial to confirm your understanding of the policies noted below. 

     

    Consultation & Deposit

    A consultation is the first step for every new client. A non-refundable consultation deposit of $52 is required to secure your appointment, which is credited toward your first service if you choose to move forward with us. The deposit covers the time we set aside for your consultation and the personalized service plan we'll prepare for you.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellation

    We understand life happens. Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

  • No-shows & lateness

    Missing your appointment without notice is treated as a cancellation, and future bookings may require a higher deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and our schedule is built around it.

  • Honesty about your hair history

    The information you provide on this form helps us prepare for your visit and recommend the right approach. Please be as accurate and complete as possible about your hair history, any products you've used (including waxes or buildup-prone products), prior loc work elsewhere, and any health or scalp conditions. Withholding information can affect our ability to give you the best possible result.

  • Media

    We may take before, during, and after photos and videos of your hair during your visit for our social media content, internal records, and to track your loc journey. Whether and how those photos may be used outside of internal records is your choice, captured in the next question.
