Thank you for your interest in participating in the Eighteenth Annual Naglee Park Open Studios (NPOS) on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. NPOS is sponsored by Campus Community Association, which is organized to build community spirit and engagement and support neighborhood beautification.

To complete this application, you will provide your contact and studio details, answer questions, questions, upload a photo or two, esign and pay via credit card or PayPal.

Cost to participate covers event expenses. $35 for Naglee Park residents, $70 for visiting artists.

Your application must be completed by August 15, 2026. If you have any questions, please email acnpos@nagleepark.org.

Please keep in mind the following important information about the event:

There is a limited number of slots available for artists. Complete your application early to help ensure your spot.
You must be present during the entire event.
To participate, your studio or exhibit space must be within Naglee Park.
Alcohol may not be sold, but you can offer it free. (Be aware that you can be held responsible if anyone overindulges or if an underage person is served.)
In addition to showing your studio on an event map, signage will be provided. You must use the signs we provide.
This is not a juried event: we welcome artists of any level.
We host an after-party the evening of Open Studios, location in Naglee Park. Enjoy dinner and refreshments and drop off your artist studio materials.

Important Dates:

August 15: Last day to apply
August 19: NPOS Website is updated with final list of participants
September 16, 6:30-8 pm: Artist Party at San Jose Woman's Club, 75 S. 11th St. - pick up supplies and meet fellow artists
October 4th, 11-5 Open Studios and After Party, 5-7 pm in Naglee Park

Naglee Park CCA

Homeowner Studio Liability Waiver

I would like to participate in the Campus Community Association, Inc (CCA). Naglee Park Open Studios. I represent, that I am the owner of the property that I will use for displaying my art.

I understand that the Naglee Park Open Studios is being organized by the CCA and that the CCA, its officers, its volunteers, and its members are not liable for any damages to myself or ourselves, or any third persons or our property, real or personal, that may occur as a result of the Open Studios being held on my property. You agree that the CCA, its officers, volunteers and members will not be liable to you for any damages or losses incurred by you, including damages to your products, equipment, or damages arising from lost sales or profits.

I understand that, by signing this agreement, I expressly and unconditionally agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CCA, its officers, volunteers and members from any claims for any and all damages and liability to our property or to Open Studio guests arising from the Open Studio occurring at the address above pursuant to this Agreement.

I certify that I have liability homeowners insurance as a condition of participation and that any injuries or damages that occur to visitors to the Open Studio on my property are my responsibility and not the responsibility of the CCA and indemnify the CCA for any such damages.

Naglee Park CCA

Rental Studio Liability Waiver

NOTE: Renters participating in the NPOS at a rented property are responsible for notifying their landlord and complying with any items/restrictions in their rental agreement. The CCA is not responsible for notifying or obtaining permission from property owners.
