TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: I understand that class registration tuition is nonrefundable and withdrawal or not attending do not result in a refund, but a credit will be issued for a future class as per this withdrawal/refund policy. Full payment due upon registering for a class. No refund. 50% credit (minus a $25 admin & supplies fee) if the student withdraws 2 weeks before the start of class. No credits after the first day class begins. If a class session day is cancelled by the teaching-artist due to true emergencies a makeup class session day date will be provided or a credit towards a future class. If the entire class is cancelled by the teaching-artist due to a true emergency a full refund will be issued to the student via PayPal.

I do hereby (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability from death, disability, personal injury, illness, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue during programming/classes/ rehearsals/recitals/etc, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Just Be You Performing Arts, and their directors, officers, teaching-artists, board members, operators, agents, interns, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, sponsors, heirs, and/or students, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of participating in programming.

I understand and agree that if I, my staff/associates/affiliates, or student(s) are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms and/or have tested positive for Covid-19, that I will immediately inform Just Be You Performing Arts; which could result in programming being rescheduled. I also exempt, release, and indemnify, Just Be You Performing Arts, its directors, officers, teaching-artists, board members, operators, agents, interns, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, sponsors, heirs, and/or students, from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, or my staff/associates/affiliates, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any programming, performances, rehearsals, or activities associated with the programming.

I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Just Be You Performing Arts, its directors, officers, teaching-artists, board members, operators, agents, interns, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, sponsors, heirs, and/or students, blameless for such damage, loss, injury, or death.

I understand that I, my staff/associates/affiliates, or student(s) should be aware of our physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. I understand and agree that in participating in the scheduled programming; as well as, any rehearsals, or activities, there is a possibility and inherit risk of physical injury or death. I certify that I am an authorized representative therein and have the right to waive these rights on my own behalf and on the behalf of my organization/school/business.
