TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. Hire fees must be paid prior to collection / delivery of goods.
2. An additional fee of 50% of the hire fee per day shall apply to late returns.
3. The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the care and safety of the goods during the prescribed term of the hire agreement and during any other time outside the precribed term whilst the goods are in the hirers possession.
4. The Hirer has no authority to part with possession of the goods without the written consent of Powerpoint Music.
5. With exception to normal wear and tear, should the goods suffer any loss or damage howsoever incurred whilst in the possession of the Hirer and whether by negligant default, wilful misconduct or any other cause whatsoever, the Hirer will be liable for replacement costs. Powerpoint Music has the right to calculate a reasonable amount (in consultation with the Hirer and market rates) to be paid in respect of such loss or damage.
