Release of Liability Agreement – Vendor ParticipationI, the Vendor, acknowledge that my participation in Made Studio events involves inherent risks. In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Made Studio, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm to me or my property, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of Made Studio.I understand that the event includes both indoor and outdoor vendor booths. Indoor areas may be near tools, furniture, and equipment. Outdoor booths may be located along sidewalks and busy streets and near mobile food vendors. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to property damage, bodily injury, or death.California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver:I expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:“A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release…”I acknowledge that I may discover claims in the future, but still intend to release all claims, known or unknown.
