• The Flourishing Greenprint Award 2026

  • Celebrating projects that elevate both people and property. Celebrates work that accelerates the adoption of environmentally friendly and socially responsible real estate practices.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Either the nominator or nominee must be a CoreNet Global End User or Service Provider member or an employee of our annual sponsor in good standing.
    • Project has to be Singapore based and nominee must work and reside in Singapore.
    • Achievements occurring from 1 May 2025 – 30 April 2026.
    • Singapore Chapter Board Members are exempted.
    • Last year’s category winner is ineligible for this year’s award.
    • Clarifications: submission may include a project team with representatives from more than one company, however only one prize will be awarded.

    Submission Guidelines:

    • Review the 2025 winning submission.
    • Ensure nomination include clear evidence of achievements and capture all relevant contributions. Nominations will be reviewed by senior members of the CRE profession and the quality of nomination should reflect this.

    Nominations close Friday, 31 July 2026, 11:00PM SGT.
