  At the proposal stage, all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, in and to the submitted concept shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the artist. This includes, without limitation, all sketches, renderings, written concepts, and any other materials submitted as part of the proposal. In the event that the artist is commissioned, the artist shall retain full copyright in the final artwork. The artist will grant to the commissioner an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute images and representations of the artwork solely in connection with the project and its promotion.Such license shall extend to all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, marketing materials, branding, publications, merchandise, and any related commercial and promotional uses.
