The final focus areas will be shaped by the cohort of selected companies.

This in-market programme will include:

Terms & Conditions* This field is required.I acknowledge that this application constitutes a REGISTRATION OF INTEREST ONLY and does not constitute a confirmed place on the Brazil Immersion Week 2026. Brazil Tech Connect will review applications and contact applicants to discuss participation and next steps. Places are limited and will be allocated subject to availability and confirmation by Brazil Tech Connect. PARTICIPATION FEE If my company is accepted onto the Brazil Immersion Week 2026, I understand that I will be liable to the participation fee of: • £3,750 PER DELEGATE - Full Amount • £3,375 PER DELEGATE (10% DISCOUNT) - For Companies that are members of, or referred by, an OFFICIAL PARTNER. Eligibility for the partner discount will be confirmed by Brazil Tech Connect. This fee is payable to secure each delegate’s spot on the mission, should my company be selected.. THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES: • Organisation and facilitation of all in-market activities, including company visits, networking events, business matchmaking meetings, and ecosystem engagement activities. • Access to pre-mission online preparation sessions. • Accommodation for one delegate from Sunday afternoon (22 November 2026) to Friday morning (27 November 2026). • Group transport between official mission activities. • Snacks and refreshments provided as part of the official programme. • On-the-ground support from the Brazil Tech Connect team throughout the mission. • Post-mission support, including follow-up introductions and facilitation of identified business opportunities. The participation fee does NOT include: • International flights to and from Brazil. • Local transport outside the official programme (Airport/hotel transfer, taxis, ride-hailing, etc.) • Food outside the official mission activities. • Visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and personal expenses. • Any additional accommodation, transport, or services not expressly included in the official programme. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I have the necessary travel documentation, insurance, and permissions required to travel to Brazil. CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations received between 30 and 60 days before the start of the mission will be eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the mission are non-refundable. • Delegate substitutions may be accepted at the discretion of Brazil Tech Connect. Brazil Tech Connect reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, venues, meetings, and activities where necessary. Any such changes will not materially affect the overall objectives and value of the mission.
