This award recognizes individual who demonstrate both a personal commitment to DEI and drives systemic change within their organization and beyond.
Eligibility Criteria
- CoreNet Global member or an employee of a Singapore Chapter annual sponsor in good standing.
- Nominee must work and reside in Singapore.
- DEI initiatives occurring from 1 May 2025 – 30 April 2026.
- Singapore Chapter Board Members are exempted.
- Last year’s category winner is ineligible for this year’s award.
Submission Guidelines:
- Leadership Commitment: Demonstrates visible and consistent commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within their corporation, including advocating for sustainable DE&I policies and practices at all levels.
- Advocacy, Influence and Community Impact: Serves as a vocal advocate and influencer within their corporation and in the broader industry & community. Extends their DEI efforts beyond the workplace by contributing to the broader community through volunteerism, leveraging their platform to raise awareness, challenging biases, and promoting inclusive practices and policies.
- Review the 2025 winning submission.
- Ensure nomination include clear evidence of achievements and capture all relevant contributions. Nominations will be reviewed by senior members of the CRE profession and the quality of nomination should reflect this.
