The International Clarinet Association and the ClarinetFest® 2028 Artistic Leadership Team welcome proposals for headlining artists for the primetime concerts. Special consideration will be given to proposals matching or closely related to the main theme for this conference:

A Celebration Across Borders

Opening a new chapter for the global clarinet community in Latin America.

The Artistic Team would like to invite proposals that feature and support clarinetists, composers, and musicians from this region, exploring the following key concepts:
- Innovation in clarinet performance, composition, improvisation, or interdisciplinary collaboration
- Representation of diverse musical traditions across generations, cultures and musical genres
- Repertoire that showcases bridges between Latin America and the rest of the global clarinet community
- Diversity and representation of underperformed composers
- Meaningful cultural exchanges across countries, regions, or traditions
There is a $20 application fee for each proposal. Proposals without accompanied payment will not be considered. Please pay the fee at the end of this form.

Please note: All invited performers are required to be ICA members and register at the Artist Registration rate:
- Artist Registration - $150
- Student Choir Artist - $40
- Adult Choir Artist - $80

The ICA cannot commit to programming works that require significant financial contribution from the ICA itself beyond a standard projected budget, including (but not limited to) fees for collaborative artists, A/V setup, technical requirements, and instrument rentals. The proposing artist and/or their sponsors are solely responsible for communicating about these requirements during the application process and securing the additional funds to accommodate the performance.
