1. The Il-Mafkar Gift Box Loyalty Program is available to registered customers only. 2. Customers earn 1 loyalty point for every €1 spent on eligible purchases of gifts, stationery, and printing services. 3. Loyalty points are awarded only on receipts with a minimum transaction value of €5. 4. Points will be credited after the purchase transaction is completed. 5. Every 300 accumulated loyalty points entitle the customer to a €5 voucher. 6. Vouchers may be redeemed against future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash. 7. Loyalty points and vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered customer. 8. Customers must provide sufficient identification or account details when making purchases. 9. Refunded or returned purchases will result in the deduction of the corresponding points. 10. Il-Mafkar Gift Box reserves the right to correct any points balance resulting from errors. 11. Lost, damaged, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced. 12. Il-Mafkar Gift Box reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.
