Section 1 - Knowledge and practical experience

The NHS Job Evaluation Scheme (JES) experience our trainers bring is invaluable and integral to the successful delivery of the scheme across the system. Applicants should be able to demonstrate up-to-date JE knowledge and recent practical experience in job matching (JM), consistency checking (CC), and analysis & evaluation (JAJE) work.
