By signing below, you voluntarily assume these risks and release the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliated businesses from liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation, except where prohibited by law.
Submitting this form also gives the hosts permission for photos to be taken during the event to show our community how wonderful the event turned out as well as hopes of making this an annual event by spreading the word.
