Grant Request Details: In a narrative, please provide explicit details of your grant request. Thoroughly explain what you intend to use the grant funds for and how this is a benefit to you as an artist and how the grant funds will benefit the Polk County community-at-large. Additionally, include specific dates of the project/program/event (NOTE: All grant expenditures must be executed between Oct. 1, 2026 - Sept. 30, 2027). A specific budget is requested in the next section.
