    Please read the following carefully before signing this document:

    1. Visa Professionals Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and provides immigration advice and services within the scope of its regulatory authorisation.

    2. Visa Professionals Ltd is instructed to prepare and submit a sponsor licence application on your behalf and to act as your representative in communications with the Home Office in relation to that application.

    3. The decision to grant or refuse a sponsor licence rests solely with the Home Office. Visa Professionals Ltd cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

    4. The Home Office may request additional information, documentation, clarification or evidence at any stage of the application process. You are responsible for providing all requested information and documents promptly and within any deadlines specified.

    5. As part of its assessment process, the Home Office may conduct a compliance audit, which may include a pre-licence or post-licence compliance visit to your business premises, either announced or unannounced.

    6. The Home Office application fee and Visa Professionals Ltd's professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the outcome of the application, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    7. This engagement relates solely to the sponsor licence application. It does not include the preparation or submission of any visa application for a migrant worker unless separately agreed in writing.

    8. The grant of a sponsor licence does not guarantee that a migrant worker will be granted permission to enter or remain in the United Kingdom. Any visa applicant must independently satisfy the relevant immigration requirements applicable to their visa category.

    9. If a sponsor licence is granted, you will be subject to ongoing sponsor duties and compliance obligations under the Immigration Rules and Sponsor Guidance. Failure to comply with these duties may result in enforcement action by the Home Office, including suspension, downgrading or revocation of the sponsor licence.

    10.
