Celebration of Life Tribute form
One of the traditions of the Michigan District is honoring recently deceased Kiwanians. Please use this form to submit the members of your club that have passed away in the 2025-26 Kiwanis year between August 1, 2025-July 31, 2026 to be included in the 2026 Celebration of Life program. Share a photo or two of your member at a club event or service project to help us create a meaningful Celebration of Life memorial service at the 2026 Great Lakes Conference.
