Vendors will need to provide their own table(s), chair & tent (You may bring as many tables and racks that fit under your tent) WEIGHTS will be required *The outdoor markets are rain or shine or wind. All vendors MUST bring weights for their tents and ensure all displays are appropriatley secured. FOOD VENDORSIf accepted, you are responsible for submitting and receiving approval for the "Special Event Food Vendor Application Form"as required by the Renfrew County and District Health Unit. This must be done at least 14 days before the event, but sooner is preferred. Failure to obtain approval will result in forfeiture of your space and vendor fee. If you understand and agree type "YES" if you are not a food vendor please type "NA"

InsuranceVendors are highly encouraged to secure insurance for the event, with both liability and product coverage. It is Optional but Highly recommended with outside events.The Valley Artisans Co-op, its members and all event volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, theft, or losses to vendors or their belongings. If you agree and understand please type "YES"

As a vendor applying to the "Artisans Market" I agree to NOT close up, or start packing up before the set end time/closing time of each event. * I AGREE that if caught packing up before the set End time/Closing Time, I will not be asked back to any future events, and will forfeit any monies already paid for any prepaid registered markets.

Cancelling/Postponing:If a vendor cancels for any reason, no refund will be issued. If event needs to be Postponed, and vendor is unable to attend the new date, they will receive a full refund. If you understand and agree please type "YES"

Vendors fees are $40.00 per date and are to be etransfered to valleyartisanscoop@gmail.com after receiving approval to the event. Vendor fees must be paid within 3 days of Vendor approval after that your space will not be held. If for some reason you are unable to etransfer please reach out to accessoriesbylex@gmail.com and we will find you an alternat payment option. Vendors fees are non refundable unless in the case that the Valley Artisans Co-op Cancels the event. if you agree and understand this please type "YES"
