  • The Seven to Save program focuses attention and staff resources on significant endangered historic resources facing uncertain future or loss.

     

    Selection criteria include:

    • Historic significance
    • Severity or immediacy of the threat(s)
    • Potential for listing to be a catalyst for positive outcomes
    • Ability for the resource to illustrate a statewide trend or resonate with a large audience
    • Community development impact or other benefits of a "saved" property

     

    The deadline for nominations is July 20th, 2026. Please familiarize yourself with the program by visiting https://www.nhpreservation.org/seven-to-save and reading our "Guide to Save Success."
