Tee Box Exhibitor 

• Exclusive exhibitor stand on one of the 18 tee boxes on the course 
• Tee box allocation will be done on first paid first choice base
• Sponsor logo will be added to all Golfday marketing material if payment and logo's is received by Wednesday 15 July 2026
• 1 Table, 2 chairs and 20kg ice to be supplied by Modderfontein Golf Club 
• All staff, gazebo and marketing marerials is the exhibitor's responcibility 
• Exhibitor's equipment and marketing material to be delivered to the club before 1 October @ 15h00, and will be delivered with assistance of the club from 08h00 on the morning of the Golf day please have a representative present
• No vehicles allowed on the golf course                                                                              (with the exception of special pre arrangement)
• Sponsors are allowed to give away samples, food and beverages, but no sales of flower/bud is allowed at the event 
• Exhibitors is welcome at the prizegiving event 

General Area Exhibitor 

Exhibitor stand at the covered event entrance, halfway house and prize giving area lobby (3mx3m area per stand) 
Tee box allocation will be done on first paid first choice base
Sponsor logo will be added to all Golfday marketing material if payment and logo's is received by Wednesday 15 July 2026 
Exihibition stand, staff (limited to 2) and marketing marerials is the exhibitor's responcibility 
Sponsors are allowed to give away or sell samples, food and beverages, but no sales of flower/bud is allowed at the event 
Exhibitors is welcome at the prizegiving event 

Prize Sponsors 

• Sets of 4 prizes required is required as a 4 ball prizes - Top 10 player teams
• Single prizes would be used for longest drive and closest to the pin
• Remainder of prizes would be added to the fund raising raffle hamper 
• Sponsor logo to be added to all Golfday marketing material if sponsor commitment and logo's is received by Wednesday 15 July 2026
• Prizes would be handed out to players at prize giving 
• All prizes be reach Layla by Friday 25 September 2026
• Sponsors is welcome at the prizegiving event

Goodie bag sponsors

• Sponsor logo to be added to all Golfday marketing material if sponsor commitment and logo's is received by Wednesday 15 July 2026
• Allow for 150 goodie's for goodie bags 
• All goodies to reach Layla by Wednesday 23 September 2026
