    Because we care about your pet's safety and well being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet's visit as SAFE, FUN and STRESS-FREE as possible. 

    PLEASE NOTE: 

    🐾 We provide bedding for all pets during their stay with us but welcome Owners to bring their own bedding and toys, with the understanding that they do so at their own risk. Our staff will make an effort to launder any soiled or wet bedding and toys. We do not guarantee the return of any items left for a pets stay and will not replace any lost or damaged items. 

    🐾 Owner is financially responsible for any required treatment for fleas, if determined necessary by the kennel staff. 

    🐾 Changes to a pet’s routine and/or environment may cause mild gastrointestinal abnormalities (diarrhea). If diarrhea is noted with your pet, the staff will treat with Kaopectate and/or probiotics- FortiFlora or Proviable. We love to post pictures and videos on Facebook and /or our website. Owner agrees to allow us to use pet’s name and any images taken, in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation 

    🐾 Owner understands and agrees that during normal dog play, dogs may sustain injuries. All dog play is monitored by a Staff member(s), but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

    🐾 (If applicable) Owner hereby releases Country Farm Kennel of any liability arising from or as a result of owner’s dog attending or participating in either Group Play or Private Play.

    🐾 (If applicable) Owner further understands and agrees that neither Country Farm Kennel nor any of its employees, staff or volunteers will be liable for any illness, injury, death and/or escape of Owner’s dog, provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed. 

    🐾 Even if your dog is vaccinated for Bordetella, Owner understands there is a chance that your dog can still contract upper respiratory disease complex and/or Bordetella. Owner agrees that they will not hold Country Farm Kennel responsible if their dog(s) contracts upper respiratory disease complex and/or Bordetella.

    🐾 In the best interest of your pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment should it become necessary and understand it's at the Owner's expense

    🐾 Payment for all charges incurred by your pet, including costs for special services requested during their stay, shall be payable upon pick-up of pet. All fees start accruing when your pet checks in, regardless of the time of drop off. Pets picked up prior to 12:00pm will not be charged for that boarding day. Owner agrees that in the event charges are not paid when due, full payment is due within ten days. 

     

    THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between COUNTRY FARM KENNEL (Pet Boarding) and (“Owner”)
