1. Order Upfront Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Any Rush Fees, Bank Run Fees, or Delivery Fees must be paid upfront with this deposit.

2. Final Payments for Gift Baskets & Bouquets
The remaining 50% balance must be paid by 7:00 AM on your requested date. If delivery occurs earlier, payment is due prior to delivery or pickup. Items will not be loaded or released until the final payment clears.

3. Final Payments for Events, Parties, & Games
The remaining balance for event planning, decorating, hosting, or custom games must be paid at least 48 hours before your event date.
