Order Policies & Important Information

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
Orders are not confirmed and dates are not guaranteed until your deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due prior to or at pickup. Orders not paid in full may not be released.

Cookies
Do not refrigerate cookies.
Cookies may be frozen if needed. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and allow 24 hours at room temperature before opening.
Weekend event pickups will take place on the Friday prior to your event date.

Cakes
Cakes must be kept refrigerated until use.
For best taste and texture, remove from the fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for up to 4 hours before serving.
Pickups:
Friday: 11am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday pick up: N/A
Cakes are offered as a simple add-on to coordinate with your cookie order. I specialize in clean designs and piping work, and do not offer fondant work, sculpted cakes, or detailed character designs at this time.
Final cake design will be created to match your theme while reflecting my style.

Design & Custom Orders

Inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Colours and minor design details may vary slightly while still matching your overall theme.

Changes & Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of all products, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Quantity changes must be made at least 2–3 weeks prior to pickup.
Design changes must be requested 5–7 days prior to pickup and are not guaranteed.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.

Pickup & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time for pickup.
Once orders are picked up, I am not responsible for any damage due to handling, storage, or transportation.

Agreement
