Craft Fair Vendor Registration for the 44th Annual Hot Air Balloon Rally is now open!  Complete the form below to submit an application. 

Completing this application does not guarantee you a spot for the rally. This is an application for space. The Pittsfield Historical Society will review all applications. You will be notified if your application is accepted or denied. Payment will be requested upon approval of your application. Check or payment by credit card is required. 

Applications will be approved on a first come - first served basis. If approved, you will be sent a package of information a few weeks prior to the fair. Directions, booth assignments, and general information will be included.  We are unable to refund fees due to inclement weather.

IMPORTANT 2026 UPDATES/CHANGES

• The location of the Craft Fair is the same as in 2025: Tennis Courts at Drake Field. The CRAFT FAIR will NOT be set up along the river. 
• The Craft Fair will run from 10am until 11pm. Crafters may break down any time after 7 pm. However, NO VEHICLES are allowed into the area until 11 pm.
• No dogs or smoking are allowed on the field

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Date: Saturday, August 1st, 2026

Time: 10am - 11pm

Location: Drake Field Tennis Courts, Pittsfield, NH (use 49 Carroll Street for GPS)

Set-up: Crafters will enter the field from the Carroll Street/Barnstead Rd gate entrance. Vehicles must be unloaded and out of the area by 8:30 am. Craft areas must be set-up and ready for customers by 9:45 am. If you arrive after that time it will be at our discretion to allow you entry 

Break Down: Crafters may break down any time after 7 pm. However, NO VEHICLES are allowed into the area until 11 pm. Tents, tables, craft items etc., can be carried off the field.  Wagons/carts are very useful.

Electricity & Safety: There is no electricity or running water on the property. ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20-lbs. weight attached to each leg.

Registration Deadline: All applications and payment must be received by July 14th. 

COST:  $85 per 10x10 space

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted via email with your confirmation and an invoice for payment. Payment in full is required. No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.

Spaces are limited. Get your application in EARLY! Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, AV Equipment, Weapons, Guns, Ammo. No Pets. No tobacco, alcohol or drug related items. 

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS Craft Fair Vendor parking will be strictly enforced. Vendor parking is not allowed on the field - vehicles will only be allowed on the field for setup and breakdown, unless special exceptions are made. Remember, you must leave your space as you found it. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. Dumpsters are available on site to dispose of items, do not place your trash in the blue barrels that are intended for guests. If you leave your garbage behind, it will be noted and you will be barred from any future events.

The Pittsfield Historical Society and Suncook Valley Rotary Club are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, or personal injury to vendor operators. 

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE. We supply the space, you supply the rest.  

Release Statement: By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by the Pittsfield Historical Society and Suncook Valley Rotary Club. I also understand and agree to the following:  No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved by the Pittsfield Historical Society.  If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the balloon rally audience by any member of the club, I may be asked to cease all sales immediately and may not be allowed to return for the remainder of the festival. The use of live or recorded music, video or AV equipment is not permitted without prior written permission. No pets are allowed on the field.  The Pittsfield Historical Society, Suncook Valley Rotary Club and all members are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this event. All images taken during the balloon rally may be used for promotional purposes by the Pittsfield Historical Society, Suncook Valley Rotary Club or its members. My vendor space will be properly attended for the duration of activities at the balloon rally, and my booth area will be kept clean and safe. No early packing up or closing of booths is allowed, the balloon rally runs until around 11pm rain or shine on Saturday night. No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affects the balloon rally in any way.  This is a rain or shine event. The Pittsfield Historical Society reserves the right to reject any application.
