Supervision Requirement
Client acknowledges that adult supervision is required at all times during use of the equipment.

• A responsible adult (18+) must be present at all times
• Ferreiro Co. LLC DBA Ferreiro Play Co. does NOT provide supervision unless agreed in writing
• Client assumes full responsibility for monitoring all participants

Age, size & Usage Restrictions

• Equipment is designed for children 1-5 only
• Older children and adults are NOT permitted
• Maximum : 6-8 children at a time (depending on setup)
• No rough play, pushing, flipping, or climbing on sides

Required Rules of Use
Client agrees to enforce the following rules at all times:

• No shoes on equipment
• socks must be worn
• No food on equipment
• No face paint, slime, glitter or messy substances
• No sharp objects, toys, or jewelry
• No pets on or near equipment
• No unsafe or aggressive behavior

Setup & Environment
Client agrees:

• Indoor setups must have adequate space clearance
• Equipment must be placed on flat, dry, and safe surface
• Outdoor setups must have proper conditions.
• Equipment must NOT be used in:
• Rain
• Wet conditions
• High winds
• Unsafe weather conditions

Ferreiro Play Co reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Equipment Care & Damage
Client agrees to

• keep equipment clean and in good condition
• Prevent misuse or damage
• Pay for any damage, excessive dirt, or missingitems

Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply

Assumption of Risk
Client understands that use of soft play equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips
• Falls
• Collisions
• Improper use

Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the equipment.

Liability waiver & Release
Client agrees to release, waive, and discharge Ferreiro Co LLC DBA Ferreiro Play Co, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use or misuse of equipment
• Lack of supervision
• Failure to follow safety rules
• Any injury to participants

Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ferreiro Co. LLC DBA Ferreiro Play co. from any claims, including legal fees, resulting from

• Injury to participants
• Property damage
• Violation of this agreement

Payment Times
A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date.
Ferreiro Play Co. reserves the right to withhold setup if the remaining balance is not paid in full.

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
The 50% retainer is non refundable under all circumstances.

• In the event that the renter cannot keep the reservation a notification must be given at least 48 hrs prior to event
• Renters will be permited one rescheduled event date within 12 months of the original reservation.
• If the rescheduled event is also canceled, the renter's reservation and retainer are forfeited.

Weather Policy

• Outdoor events may be rescheduled or setup may be refused due to unsafe weather.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather (Renters are strongly encouraged to have an indoor backup plan).

Agreement
By signing below, client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

Photo Release: Client authorizes Ferreiro Co. LLC DBA Ferreiro Play co. to photograph the equipment and event setup for promotional purposes. No identifiable images of children will be used without additional parental consent.
