French Contact Center Agents Training

WEC Outsourcing is pleased to launch the Career Opportunity Fund (COF) that will support enthusiastic candidates who wants to progress into contact/call center global job positions after training. In fact, more than 150 bilingual agents who are well trained are needed every month to support global clients. As such, in collaboration with the Institut Français du Rwanda, we are having an Intensive Training of French for Specific Purpose (FOS) related to Contact Center. The training will be provided 100% by the Institut Français du Rwanda. This will ensure high-quality standard and successful graduates will be eligible to global contact center jobs as well as to different study opportunities in France. However, applicants are required to have B2 Level in both French and English to qualify for this training which takes one month maximum. If you feel confident, please apply. Requirements:
- Availability
The training last for 1-months maximum and candidates will be trained by IFR (Institut Français du Rwanda)'s French trainers.
- Competition
Selection will be highly competitive and very transparent. In fact, we only have 30 COF sponsorships per batch. So, highest competition is key in selecting 30 from all applicants. More importatnly, it's good to know that the Career Opportunity Fund (COF) pays for studies and the recipient will only payback if he/she gets job earning minimum 200,000 Rwf per month. Since COF is tied-up to employment, recipients must be very competitive to qualify.
- French & English communication
An advanced level of French & English communication is highly needed. The COF recipients should be to at least B2 level in both languages.
