This agreement is between Saved By Symone (“Service Provider”) and the client submitting a wig for restoration (“Client”).

By submitting a wig, Client agrees to all terms below.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Saved By Symone provides full wig restoration services.

Every accepted wig includes:

Full wash (2-cycle cleanse)
Deep conditioning treatment
Detangling and reset
Closure or frontal replacement (from Service Provider inventory only)
Drying and preparation
Final quality inspection
Clean, ready-to-wear return
No wig will be returned in an unclean condition.

2. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Saved By Symone does NOT provide:

Styling (curls, straightening, crimping, cutting, or custom looks)
Baby hair styling
Install services
Personalized styling finishes
All wigs are returned in a clean, natural, reset state.

3. CLIENT PREPARATION REQUIREMENT
Client must:

Fully brush and detangle wig before shipping or drop-off
Remove excessive matting where possible
Disclose all damage honestly
Submit required photos before approval
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

4. CONDITION OF WIG
Client acknowledges wigs may contain:

Shedding
Bald spots
Lace tears or thinning
Cap damage
Heat or chemical damage
Saved By Symone is not responsible for pre-existing conditions revealed during restoration.

5. SERVICE APPROVAL
Saved By Symone reserves the right to:

Accept
Conditionally accept (additional fees may apply)
Decline any wig based on condition

6. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE
Client understands:

Restored wigs are not new wigs
Results depend on original wig condition
Final appearance may vary from expectations or prior condition

7. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
All payments are final.
No refunds once work has started or materials are used.

8. TURNAROUND TIME
Chicago clients: 1–2 weeks
Mail-in clients: begins once wig is received
Delays may occur due to wig condition or communication delays.

9. SHIPPING
Client is responsible for shipping wig to Saved By Symone.
Return shipping is separate unless otherwise stated.

Saved By Symone is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

10. AGREEMENT
By submitting a wig, Client agrees to all terms listed above.
