After filling out this form, you will receive a QuickBooks quote. From there, you can press "review and approve" and then "accept." Once you press accept, we will add you to our calendar. You can then pay at your convenience. Not to worry- changes can be made until the day of your event.

Ice Plates?
If you are borrowing our coolers and menu board, you are welcome to borrow our ice plates. They will keep your pops frozen for a couple of hours. Not recommended if you need them to last longer.
Do you need Dry Ice?
Dry ice will keep your pops frozen for over 24 hours, so you don't have to worry. For reference, regular ice keeps drinks cold, and dry ice keeps pops frozen. It is $50 for us to get dry ice for you at the Ice House in New Haven, you can also pick it up yourself there, or if you know a place.

Please indicate the time you would like us to arrive and leave. Serving will start shortly after arrival. Please note our setup is less than fifteen minutes. We do half-hour increments of serving. We can stay longer for an additional charge of $50. Our initial full half hour of serving including our setup time and breakdown time is $100. Every half hour after that is $50.

Personalized sticks
With at least one month notice we can add personalized sticks with whatever you would like the sticks to say. They are one hundred dollars extra per one hundred pops. Please indicate your stick wording. Please indicate the time you would like us to arrive. Serving will start shortly after. Please note our setup is less than fifteen minutes. We do half hour increments of serving. We can stay longer for an additional charge. Our initial full half hour of serving counting our setup time and breakdown time is one hundred dollars. Every half hour after that is fifty dollars.

When time allows we like to add personal touches, so let us know if your event has a theme, color scheme, or number.
Flavor requests?
We choose your flavors based on what is in stock/seasonal/available and promise that you won't be disappointed. If there are any flavors that your group must have, please indicate them here. We will do our best to accommodate. A regular menu usually includes family-friendly flavors with three to four fruity flavors, three to four creamy flavors, and one to two adventurous flavors. If you must be involved in choosing, you may call, text, or email 1-3 days before your event for a current inventory list, and you can choose from that. (There will be 20-40 flavors to choose from) But rest assured, if you forget, we've got this!
Jeep or Cart? We prefer to serve your party from one of our Jeeps, our cute setup allows for a server, menu, and freezer in the back of it, and takes up less space than a food truck and doesn't require electricity. However, we understand that it is not conducive to all terrain, courtyards, farms, poolside, rooftops, and beaches. So, for an additional charge ($100), we can remove our freezer cart from the Jeep and wheel the cart over to any space that can't accommodate the Jeep. Or you can provide the muscle to remove it and save the additional charge. With 3 sets of helping hands, this is an extra five minutes at the beginning of the arrival and at the end.
Because we go to multiple events in a day, we will likely have extra pops in our freezer. So, when we meet the amount you ordered, would you like us to...
Unused Pops—-If you have paid and we don't serve your full amount, we can either pack them for you in a lunchbox for your freezer, or hold a credit for you for your next event or store visit.
We have a photo stand that we can bring. For an additional $100, your group can take photos that will be emailed to you via text and email right then and there. It requires an internet connection to receive photos instantly. It works without internet; however, the pictures will be sent later on that day. You handle any background decorations for the photos. But a background is not needed if you don't wish to have one. Any wall is fine.
