3v3 Twin Tiers Summer Clasic Soccer Tournament INDIVIDUAL Registration THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE A TEAM PUT TOGETHER BUT WOULD LIKE TO LOOK FOR OTHERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IN YOUR AGE GROUP

You will not be charged a fee at this time until we have enough players to register you as a formal time of at least 3 players. 3v3 soccer is a fast-paced game played with three player on a smaller field, without goalkeepers. Designed for high intensity and engagement, with the use of smaller fields and smaller goals. It focuses on rapid decision-making, frequent touches, and high-scoring action rather than specialized positions. Team Size is a minimum of three to a maximum of 5 players. Cost per player is $20 U8 and U10 is Recreation Only and Coed . U12 to U 18 are registered as male or female. You can have coed teams but they will play male teams. U12, U14, U16, U18 and Adult Players are competitive only. There needs to be a four team minimum for each division or teams may be joined into coed. Games are two-ten minute halves with a two minute half time. Each team is guranteed three games. Competitive teams will have playoffs. Shin guards are required and cleats are encouraged but not required. Points for standings are based on 3 points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. Goal differential will be used in case of a tie. Rules include no goalie, no offsides, kick ins, subs on the fly, yellow and red cards can be issued. For teams 17 and under a team parent is required in case of injury or ejection. Registration for youth under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guradian. Sportsmanship and positive behavior is expected by players and spectators Refeeres will issue a warning(yellow card) or ejection (red card) to players and spectators who show any innapropriate behavior. Players under 18 must have parent fill out registration.

Me registering myself or my child for the soccer tournament indicates acceptance of the hold harmless agreement and photo release. Abby's Paws for a Cause 3V3 soccer tournement on July 11, 2026 and July 12, 2026 Hold Harmless agreement. I assume the Assumption of Risk for the undersigned youth, I understand that soccer is a physical, contact sport involving the risk of injury, including but not limited to paralysis, permanent disability, and death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees, and assume full responsibility for my participation (or the participation of my child). I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Abby's Paws for a Cause, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, and owners/lessors of the premises (the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in this soccer program. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my (or my child's) involvement in this program. Medical Treatment and Safety: I certify that I (or my child) am/is in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations and will immediately remove myself from participation if I observe any unsafe conditions. In case of injury, I authorize emergency medical treatment. Photo/Video Release: I grant permission to Abby's Paws for a Cause to use photographs or videos of the participant for marketing or social media purposes.
