2026 Candy Cane Lane Parade Application

Before beginning this application, please gather all required documentation. You will need copies of valid driver’s licenses for every driver included in the application. Car clubs and vehicle groups must list every participating driver and provide a copy of the DMV-required insurance for every participating vehicle, including towing vehicles, individual vehicles, and vehicle-group participants. You must also provide a copy of your group liability insurance endorsement naming Downtown Visalians, the City of Visalia, and Caltrans as additional insureds. All entries with minors must complete either Form 1 or Form 2, as applicable. The required release and indemnity forms are available within this application. Please download and complete the appropriate form, then upload the signed document through the designated application portal. Applications will not be reviewed unless all required documents and payments for every entry have been received. All applications, required documents, and payments must be received by October 30, 2026. Entries are limited to 130 this year, and applications will close once that limit has been reached. The date or time an application is submitted does not reserve or guarantee a specific position in the parade lineup. Downtown Visalians reserves the right to refuse any application and determine the parade lineup at its sole discretion.
