    Data and Priorities Interest Form

  • Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC) exists to uplift youth voice, to create safe spaces where youth find belonging, and to provide data to address the root causes, not just the symptoms, of the issues youth face.

    The work of the coalition is done through Coalition Sessions held throughout the year.  Each session is a series of meetings held to focus on an identified topic (e.g., the Data and Priorities Session focuses on reviewing and analyzing the data from the 2026 Youth Town Hall and the 2025 Healthy Kids Colorado Survey.  The Session will also identify priority actions for the coalition, based on the data.)

    The next Coalition Session will be the Data and Priorities Session.  There are additional details about the session below.  Please complete this form to let us know you are interested in being part of the session.  We will use this information to send out meeting reminders and calendar invites, etc.

  • The Data and Priorities Session will review and analyze data from the 2026 Youth Town Hall as well as the 2025 Healthy Kids Colorado Survey. The session will also determine priority actions for the Coalition, based on the data from the 2026 Youth Town Hall and 2025 Healthy Kids Colorado Survey. Meetings are scheduled to be as follows:

    • Wednesday, October 7th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
    • Wednesday, October 21st, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
    • Wednesday, November 4th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
    • Wednesday, November 18th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
    • Wednesday, December 2nd, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
    • Wednesday, December 16th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm (virtual)
